Standard sessions are £55, and last 50 minutes. I also offer a small number of reduced-fee sessions for students and low-income clients (online only).

Single session therapy appointments cost £85 and are 90 minutes in duration.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card either by session or in blocks if that is more convenient.

It‘s a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and to see if working together feels write for you - there is no obligation for you to proceed to therapy after this call.

This call can take place via zoom or telephone and is bookable via this link.

Online therapy via zoom can be just as effective as in-person. Many clients find it easier to fit around work and family. Clients report they find it just as easy to build trust, open up and build a good therapeutic relationship online, as they do face to face.

Sessions are offered weekly or fortnightly, and are open ended rather than a fixed number of sessions.

The number of sessions you need will entirely depend on what you wish to work on. From a few sessions to explore a specific issue or difficulty, through to long term therapy which can last months or years if that is your preference.

I can also offer Single Session Therapy which is a one off 90 minute session. This is a focused, one-time session designed to address a specific issue quickly, providing immediate clarity, strategies, and support without long-term commitment.

Please give at least 24 hours-notice via email if you need to cancel a session.  Sessions cancelled within 24hrs of session time, will be charged at 50% of session fee.

I will also do my best to give reasonable notice of any unavoidable
changes and will always give ample notice for annual leave or breaks.
