I’m Carol Caveney, a registered therapist based in Birmingham, and I support people navigating life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, feeling lost in life, your relationship or your identity, I can offer a space and time for change.

Meeting regularly, we’ll work together to make sense of the past and your life now as you live it. Our work can help you understand yourself better, process difficult emotions and develop practical tools so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and understanding.

To get you started, I offer a free 30 minute introduction call. This is a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and to see if working together could feel right for you.
